The Pets

More about Trixie

Trixie is a two-year-old, 37 pound purebred standard poodle.  She was  given up by her owners because of behavior problems they were unable to  fix.  Trixie is skittish with new people and growls and barks at  them.  She is fearful.  On the positive side once she knows you she  bonds very closely and is very loyal.  Her owner said she loves to  play fetch, play with toys and go for car rides.  Trixie is fine with  other dogs.  She will be in a foster home where we can work on some of  her issues. At this point we believe she would be best suited for a  quiet home with experienced dog people.

Want to meet Trixie? The first step is to fill out an Adoption Application. Learn more about our Adoption Process. The adoption donation for Trixie is $300. For details about our adoption donation, read The Cost of Adoption.
